Phase One of the Refurbishment of the North Crescent buildings, the general modernisation of Fitzroy House, has recently been completed. The works comprised a total refurbishment of the property, involving external repairs, the re-roofing of the building, the creation of a new reception area, new toilets and shower rooms, as well as a comprehensive floor-by-floor overhaul of the office areas and building services – all of which occurred on a phased basis with the tenants remaining in occupation.
The Phase Two and Three works at the neighbouring Telephone Exchange and Minerva House buildings continue to progress and are due for completion in May 2012.
