Our lovely courtyard was the setting to celebrate the big day for our Renata Brukiene after submitting her final design project to obtain her Architecture Graduate Diploma (RIBA Part 2). We wish her a bright future ahead full of inspirational designs and architectural innovations. Congratulations Renata!

Fulham Reach London W6

Osel are delighted to work with Ardmore Construction for St George’s latest development at Fulham Reach. The first phase of the development will deliver 138 ultra-high specification apartments overlooking the River Thames.

78 Dean Street – Completion of Works

The refurbishment works at the Grade II* Listed property at 78 Dean Street are now complete. The Listed Building Consent included numerous Conditions specifically relating to the careful refurbishment and reinstatement of the extensive areas of historic timber panelling. The last of the Conditions was cleared by Westminster City Council’s Conservation & Heritage Officer during a joint inspection of the property on the 29th of February 2012. This allowed the Contractor, Boxmoor Construction, to move on and complete the works.

Liberty Wines Headquarters – Construction Phase – Week 14

Excitement at Timbermill Way as the assembly of the steel frame is near completion with 150 tonnes of steel giving shape to the new warehouse for Liberty Wines.

Acacia Road

Commencement of the piling works at Acacia Road marks the start of the Construction Phase for the 6-bedroom single family house.

Emma’s Hen Party

Celebrations for our Emma’s Hen Party as she is getting married to Mr Sebastian Webster on the 19th of May 2012. Wishing them both a beautiful wedding and a happy and long life!

Completion of Fitzroy House Refurbishment

Phase One of the Refurbishment of the North Crescent buildings, the general modernisation of Fitzroy House, has recently been completed. The works comprised a total refurbishment of the property, involving external repairs, the re-roofing of the building, the creation of a new reception area, new toilets and shower rooms, as well as a comprehensive floor-by-floor overhaul of the office areas and building services – all of which occurred on a phased basis with the tenants remaining in occupation.
The Phase Two and Three works at the neighbouring Telephone Exchange and Minerva House buildings continue to progress and are due for completion in May 2012.

Chiltern Street, London W1

Osel have been appointed by Triland as Architects to carry out the detailed design and production drawing stages for their new 8 storey redevelopment of the Chiltern Street Car Park in Marylebone London. The project will consist of 60 new homes including 16 affordable units with ground floor retail and public house uses above a triple level basement accommodating a carpark and a health and fitness club.
Chair of Westminster’s planning committee Cllr Robert Davis said “The designs for the new development are exceptional and have presented us with an exciting modern building.”
