Osel turned 20 this year! Our annual BBQ was accompanied by plenty of cake. Thank you to everyone who joined the celebration.
BDA Awards 2015 Shortlist
We are very pleased that The Croft at Littleberries has been shortlisted for an award at the Brick Development Association Brick Awards 2015.
Osel worked closely with Boxmoor Construction. The Croft is part of a housing development in Mill Hill for Vision Residences.
Osel’s Camping Trip
A successful summer for Osel ended on a high with our office camping trip to Town Farm in Leighton Buzzard.

The School House, London NW7
Work has now been completed on the refurbishment and conversion of an old elementary school (built in 1896 and 1905) into a 5 bed single
family dwelling house for Vision Residences.
Cocks Crescent, New Malden
Work is approaching completion on a development of 50 affordable homes in New Malden for Mizen Design Build & Richmond Housing
Partnership. The new build scheme features a mix of apartments & town houses, an extensive underground car park & beautiful views
across neighbouring parkland.

Osel Table Tennis Championship 2014
The Table Tennis Final was a nail biter. Congratulations to Charlie ‘the Thrasher’ Potter Osel TT Champion!
Treetops, Compton Avenue
Osel were engaged to deliver a single family 7 bedroom house incorporating 3 reception rooms, basement gymnasium, sauna, steam room, cinema, swimming pool (below the garden), external landscaping and ‘outside’ swimming pool. Our responsibility has included the preparation of production information packages for the sub structure and envelope, acting for the shell Contractor and subsequently providing production information packages for the underground swimming pool extension and the fit out works; for the lead Consultant, Capital Interiors.
