Terry studied Architecture at Belfast before joining Norman and Dawbarn in 1989 where he worked with the commercial fit-out team prior to joining Osel, becoming an Associate in 1996 and a Director in 2006. Energy and enthusiasm are the hallmarks of Terry’s work. With each new project he challenges himself and his colleagues to improve upon their last success. He directs people with imagination challenging them to view each problem practically and pragmatically constantly targeting improvement.
