Description: A new build luxury single family house for a Private Client, providing 6 bedrooms, 3 reception rooms, basement swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, cinema room and Maid’s quarters. OSEL are engaged as Lead Consultant to oversee the development of the internal layout and design (which will be in a modern contemporary style) and to prepare production information packages for the build. Due for completion in the Spring of 2013.
