Description: The refurbishment, extension and linking of two unoccupied properties, one of which (no 43) is listed Grade II, to provide six luxury apartments ( 4 x 3 bedroom, 2 x 2 bedroom). The work involves the repair and renewal (where missing) of historic features such as fibrous plaster detailing, doors mouldings, fireplaces and sash windows as well as sensitive repair of the external envelope.
