The hotel model has been designed to provide 200 suites with all the facilities that a business or leisure traveller would need. Spacious rooms with seperate lounge areas and ensuite bath rooms. The rooms are focussed about a central atrium, which will have restaurant and bar facilities and lounge seating areas. There will be self contained shops to provide all the goods and services that a traveller may require. The hotel will provide spacious rooms with quality facilities for budget concious clients.
