Redevelopment of an island site in Canning Town to provide 162 no residential units within three blocks of varying height, the ground and mezzanine levels provide 4200 sqm (45,000 sq ft) of commercial accommodation over a basement car park with 138 parking spaces. 56 of the units are affordable one and two bedroom units for the Geneseis Housing Association.
