Devonshire Mews

Mansard works are completed and scaffolding is now being struck at Devonshire Mews. Completion is due in May 2012.

Liberty Wines Headquarters

Contruction has now commenced on the new Headquarters for Liberty Wines. Contractor Morgan Sindall has now taken possession of the site with completion due in September 2012.

1 Horse Guards Avenue, Whitehall SW1

We have been appointed to refurbish this Grade II* Listed, late Victorian building designed by Archer & Green. Historic research is currently being undertaken to inform refurbishment proposals to repair and restore the historic fabric and upgrade the services throughout to provide high quality office space to current BCO standards.

North Crescent, Chenies Street, London

Osel are currently refurbishing 3 office buildings for Wainbridge whilst the tenants Omnicom remain in occupation. The building is currently wrapped in very distinctive scaffolding, which carries the tenants branding. The total area of space being refurbished is 61,355 ft² _ 5,700 m² and the works will be completed in May 2012.
