Osel architecture is a creative, commercial design practice based in Marylebone, London. Our open plan office is a vibrant place to work with a sense of good humour and trust. We endorse collaborative effort and promote young architects.

History

Osel architecture was first established in 1996. Today the practice employs around 20 professional staff including architects, interior and urban designers, and conservationists. During its 21 years of trading, Osel architecture has established itself as a succesful and highly respected company working mainly in London and the Home Counties. The practice has carried out selected projects in other areas of the UK and overseas.

We have many years experience in providing high quality, fully coordinated and timely construction information in close collaboration with the whole design team. Our work encompasses commercial, residential, conservation, retail, leisure and education markets. We have over 500 completed projects in our portfolio including a number of award winning schemes.


We combine architectural, planning and construction skills to provide development advice to public, private and overseas Clients. We assist in property purchase or improvement works by advising on condition, potential for change of use and optimisation of space. We highlight planning opportunities and investment potential to Clients seeking to develop briefs for new developments. We assess existing design proposals using the Design Quality Indicator Process for practicality, quality and suitability for improvement.
