Osel’s Camping Weekend

Osel squeezed the last bit of fun from the summer on a camping trip to the Chilterns. The weekend included a walk around Hughenden Manor, a trip to Beckonscott Model Village and a campsite BBQ – Osel style!

Fulham Reach

Works are progressing on the Fulham Reach project, 48 apartments have been completed and handed over to St.George. Works to the spa, treatment, swimming pool, virtual golf and cinema areas are also complete.

Gallery Court, Hankey Place

Work is nearing completion of a two storey lightweight extension on an existing three storey occupied building in Southwark, comprising 8 apartments and one duplex unit.

Osel Summer BBQ 2014

Osel made the most of the sunshine with our annual office BBQ. It was great to see so many of you here! Thank you to all the staff and guests.

Moss House, London

Works to extend and refurbish the upper floors of Moss House commenced on site on 7 April 2014. Osel, working with Boxmooor Construction for owner / developer BMP are raising a new 6th floor, refurbishing the 5th floor and upgrading the core and common parts. The works are programmed to be complete in mid November 2014.

Littleberries Estate – Phase I Interiors taking shape

Phase I interior works are nearing completion at Littleberries, Mill Hill.

Holcombe House on site

Phase one of the refurbishment works to Holcombe House has commenced encompassing building alterations, tree works, and the sensitive repair and refurbishment of the entire building envelope.

Planning Consent for a single family dwelling in South Buckinghamshire

Osel has gained planning approval for the erection of a new single family dwelling on a site within a Residential Area of Exceptional Character in South Buckinghamshire. The design process involved frequent discussions with the local planning department and the resulting consented proposal, which mimics the appearance of several neighbouring properties, expresses the authority’s wishes for the site. Work is expected to commence later this year.
