We have been appointed to refurbish this Grade II* Listed, late Victorian building designed by Archer & Green. Historic research is currently being undertaken to inform refurbishment proposals to repair and restore the historic fabric and upgrade the services throughout to provide high quality office space to current BCO standards.

Osel are currently refurbishing 3 office buildings for Wainbridge whilst the tenants Omnicom remain in occupation. The building is currently wrapped in very distinctive scaffolding, which carries the tenants branding. The total area of space being refurbished is 61,355 ft² _ 5,700 m² and the works will be completed in May 2012.

The first phase of the refurbishment of Pickering House is now completed. Works include the refurbishment of 18 existing flats, roof extension to 6 two-bedroom flats, landscaping and boundary treatments.
4 Hay’s Mews

Listed Building Consent for external repairs and internal refurbishment of No.4 Hay’s Mews, a Grade II listed property in Mayfair has been obtained. The works include repairs to the roof, the facades and the windows, however the proposed works are mainly confined to the interior where a comprehensive refurbishment and modernisation of the house will take place. The decision was taken in August 2011 by Westminster City Council and construction works will start by the end of the year.

The erection of a futuristic single family dwelling house on a substantial but derelict site. The accommodation will include, 6 bedrooms, a separate Guest suite, 3 substantial reception areas, family room, music room, cinema, spa, steam room and swimming pool areas, an orangery, library and reading areas and external raised terraces to living, breakfast and master bedrooms. The grounds will be extensively re-landscaped with enhanced ecological improvement works to both trees, shrub belt and existing derelict pond. OSEL are engaged as Lead Consultant to oversee the development of the design both externally and internally, and to assist in the procurement of the building on site by providing a site presence throughout the construction stages. Due for completion in the Spring of 2013.
