Another successful Osel BBQ in our Marylebone courtyard. Even the sun shone for us!

Thank you to all our guests for making this summer party one to remember.

Osel were happy to support the Variety Club Charity Lunch “The Props” held at the Hilton Park Lane.

The construction of the new dwelling houses is progressing well at Littleberries Estate. The first phase of the project is due for completion in the Autumn and comprises 4 new build dwellings and the conversion of 2 historic buildings into high specification homes.

This distinctive building set close to Clapham Common is the new purpose designed headquarters for award winning wine importer Liberty Wines. It was completed and fully operational in January 2013 after 10 months on site. The building contains head office facilities along with client entertainment areas, tasting rooms and a state of the art, climatically controlled, wine warehouse.

Osel Architecture are delighted to have been appointed to refurbish the Grade II* listed Holcombe House in Mill Hill.
The project, for a private Client, will see the property converted back into a single family dwelling house.

Osel were treated to an evening of fine wine and great food to celebrate the opening of Liberty Wines new Headquarters and Warehouse in Clapham.

Planning submission has been made to Westminster City Council for the redevelopment of the Newport Sandringham building, Chinatown.

Demolition of the existing multi-storey car park to ground has now been completed and piling has commenced at Chiltern Street in preparation for basement demolition and further excavation for three new below ground levels. Construction will be continuing throughout 2013 to create a further seven storeys of commercial and residential space.

Osel are pleased to announce the following promotions which took effect 1st January 2013:

Victoria Shipton joins Tony, Graham, Howard and Terry as Director.
Eileen Tang and Emma Webster have been promoted to Associate.

Victoria will drive forward the Architectural Conservation area of the practice, Eileen and Emma will reinforce urban design and high quality residential projects, and together with the talented team at Osel will ensure the practice continues to flourish.

This year Osel celebrated our Christmas Party at Roast in London Bridge where there was plenty of excellent food and some not-so-excellent cracker jokes!
