Project Details |
Osel were engaged to deliver a two storey extension on an existing three storey occupied building in Southwark, comprising 8 apartments and one duplex unit. The new apartments are of lightweight construction build off a new steel grillage at roof level to transfer the loads to the existing reinforced concrete structure below, columns are strengthened using a carbon fibre wrap. The works were completed whilst the building was fully occupied.
