Project Details |
Conversion of the existing 1st and 2nd floor offices together with the addition of recessed glazed extension to roof to provide 6 x 1 bedroom and 6 x 2 bedroom flats. Osel were engaged to re-plan the dwelling layouts and residential common areas to accord with Developer’s requirements, complete the detailed design and production drawings and provide support services during construction phase.
