Project Details |
The improvement and general refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Arcade, constructed in 1819. The works are in response to the long term strategy, developed by the Arcade’s new landlord, to upgrade the quality of retail tenants and variety of merchandise. As well as immediate fabric repairs, the work has included the full decoration and cleaning of the interior, improvement of the interior lighting to increase lighting levels and highlight architectural features, new landlord and tenant signage, replacement of the arcade roof lights; improving daylighting and ventilation, updating of all services installations and a full overhaul of each retail unit on vacant possession.
