Project Details |
The Client’s aim was to attend to this building with a five year plan in mind as well providing space to meet the top end market rates for office space in this area. This was achieved through the careful specification of finishes for the offices as well as high quality finishes and furniture to the reception. The refurbishment of the building also addressed the crucial need to overhaul the existing lift and upgrade the heating and cooling system of the whole building.
