Project Details |
Regeneration of a derelict brownfield site originally occupied by Victorian warehouses used in the London spice trade for the import of ginger, fennel and caraway. Osel were appointed to develop the scheme design, through detail design, production information and construction stages.
The new and retained facades echo the original warehouse appearance and enclose a new development of 172 one, two and three bedroom flats above ground floor offices, a gymnasium and swimming pool with a basement level car park. |
