Osel were engaged to complete the detailed design and production drawing and construction stages for the 8 storey redevelopment of the Chiltern Street Car Park in Marylebone London.
The project consists of 60 new apartments including 16 affordable units, with ground floor retail and public house uses above a triple level basement accommodating a car park, a health and fitness club and a public cleansing depot. |
