The conversion and extension of an existing period office building within a Conservation Area, incorporating the construction of an additional storey at roof level, to provide 8no. residential units (5 x 2 bedroom, 2 x 3 bedroom & 1 x 4 bedroom). Whilst the interiors will reflect a contemporary modern style, the existing front stone facade, considered by the Planning Authority to be an important part of the existing streetscape, will be sensitively repaired. Planning and Conservation Area applications have been submitted with an expected start on site in the Summer of 2012.
