Description: The redevelopment of a site linking Camberwell Green Road to the Green and within a Conservation Area, currently occupied by various commercial and warehouse uses. The scheme will provide 90 residential units, 35% of which will be affordable/shared equity units with 620 sq m of commercial, Class A1 retail and Class A3 restaurant mixed uses. Landscaped communal gardens are to be provided between the residential blocks.
