Children’s Centre, Lincolnsfield Client: Lincolnsfield Trust Description: The Lincolnsfield Children’s Centre is a residential field centre located within the 24acre Green belt site in rural Hertfordshire. The Lincolnsfield charity aim to provide group residential facilities for children on educational school journeys, holidays and training events. The £ 1.4 million development provides accommodation for 75 children and careers plus teaching and dining facilities. It also accommodates the Trust’s central administration headquarters and resident staff accommodation. The buildings were prefabrication off site and delivered as 47 prefinished modules, to be bolted together on site.
