Located close to St Marks Square and the Bridge of Sighs, the 15th Century Venetian Palazzo Bianco Cappello is one of the most important buildings in Venice. Osel worked closely with local consultants to develop proposals for the conversion of the historic building into luxury fractional ownership suites designed to appeal to the international market. The restoration extends to a wealth of highly decorative and artistic features; Sansovino mantelpieces, neoclassical and gothic emblems, terrazzo flooring and elaborate stucchi. The hotel will incorporate a gallery for the sale of traditional Venetian Glassware from the famous Pauly family Glassworks.
