Refurbishment of an early 19th century Grade II listed residential property, originally built as a single dwelling house but split into 3 flats during the 1980s. Working closely with Westminster City Council, refurbishment works have been sensitively approached, drawing on good quality materials and layouts sympathetic to the Regency style.
