The conversion of a derelict tea warehouse on the River Thames frontage, located within the Butler’s Wharf Conservation Area, providing 76 luxury apartments.
The work included an extension to the building by adding 3 floors, the upper floors providing 2 storey duplex penthouse apartments with prime views along the river, and the creation of an internal glazed atrium to become the core of the building, incorporating panoramic lift and pedestrian bridges. |
