Project Details |
Redevelopment of a rundown collection of retail units, flats and houses to provide 76 no. prestigious residential units, two basement levels of vehicle parking and ground level retail and restaurant units within four blocks ranging in height from three to seven storeys.
Of the 76 dwellings, one third are designated as affordable family dwellings of up to 6 bedrooms for Genesis Housing Association. Over 1 in 10 of the total dwellings are designed to be capable of easy adaption for wheelchair users. |
