Planning was achieved by others and Osel architecture were appointed by Galliard Homes Ltd to provide architectural design services to the shell & core and fitout works. Appointment ran from RIBA stage 3 through to stage 6. Scheme consisted of the conversion of an existing office building to provide 66No. apartments.
