Project Details |
A new-build, five storey front extension to an existing residential scheme, comprising of high quality shared living accommodation and comprehensive landscaping to the front forecourt within highly sustainable location in Harrow Town Centre. The scheme is to provide a new and exciting alternative to residential offering and an environment that encourages a sense of community. The proposed development will deliver 36 co-living residential units with ancillary amenities and it will feature management on site. Planning Consent was secured by Dandi Living Group and Osel architecture have been appointed to work alongside them and their dedicated delivery team for the design development, procurement, and delivery of this exciting project.
