Concrete frame is now complete with brickwork and stone cladding progressing well, apartment walls are now substantially complete with the first of the apartments planned for handover late December. Finishing trades are progressing to the swimming pool, virtual games, snooker room and wine tasting areas.

Congratulations to the wonderful Osel running team – James Kilkenny, Monika Majcher, and Ruairi Cassidy, for completing the London’s Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon this weekend. In August, Osel ventured down to Hampshire for a sunny weekend of camping at Green Pastures Farm. The trip included taking in the sights of the New Forest and also a visit to the beautiful Mottisfont Abbey.

Works are underway to sensitively repair the cracked and defective brickwork to the first floor facade of Grade II Listed 16 Hanover Square.

Littleberries is progressing on site with the roofs to the houses now complete and the interior fit out underway.
