Appointments-Promotions
Alejandra Davila has joined Osel as Senior Architectural Assistant. Osel are also pleased to announce that Matt Weyham and Simon Bode have been promoted to Associate.
East Lodge and Croft
East Lodge and The Croft projects have just started on site at Littleberries in Mill Hill with Boxmoor Construction. The Croft is a new build house and East Lodge involves the restoration of the original building. Both new houses form part of a wider development of luxury homes for Vision Residences.
Osel’s Annual Christmas Party 2013

Pitville Crescent, Cheltenham
The construction works on site at Pitville Crescent are progressing well. The roof works are almost completed, and both buildings are being rendered at the moment. The next stage will be to build new sections of the boundary wall and landscaping works.

Chiltern Street Construction Progress
Piling is complete and excavation is continuing for the new third basement level at Chiltern Street whilst the concrete raft construction is progressing. Below ground concrete perimeter lining walls, internal columns and floor slabs will follow, creating two floors of car parking, two of commercial & eight residential. Construction to continue throughout 2014.
