Devonshire Homes have appointed Osel as architects to convert a redundant 1970’s office building in Trinity Square Exeter. The building will be converted under permitted development rights to provide 27 apartments. A further 2 penthouses will be constructed at roof level and the building re-clad in a contemporary style which reflects the proportions and rhythms of its Georgian neighbours.
