Osel worked closely with the London Borough of Barnet and English Heritage to secure planning and listed building consent for the refurbishment of Grade II* listed Holcombe House in Mill Hill. The proposals include for the reconfiguration of the stair access to the basement and second floors within the historic main house and the introduction of a grand staircase and terraces to the rear to access the magnificent gardens. Work is due to commence on site early 2014.
