Our appointment as CDM Co-ordinator and Party Wall Surveyor continues as the first two (of four) residential towers progress past the 15th floor (with only another 30 storeys to go!). Completion is due in November 2009.

Madness and mayhem as Osel set off on their annual CPD study tour to a city of culture.

We couldn’t quite stretch to a Christmas party in Havana but we had the next best thing with an evening of Salsa and cocktails in Soho’s Floridita.

The first two towers are underway (only another 42 storeys to go!). The development will provide in excess of 800 residential units. We are providing CDM Co-ordinator and Party Wall Surveyor services on the Landmark Development in Marsh Wall, Isle of Dogs, for Chalegrove Properties – completion due in late 2009.

Demolition of existing building and erection of 3 no. blocks providing 10 no. 2 bed and 2 no. 1 bed.

Osel’s fleet of motorcycles has expanded to 4 with the arrival of Peter Johnston, senior architect. Peter has previously worked with EPR and Auketts. In addition we have two new assistants, James Kilkenny (Part 2) and Clare Bishop (Part 1).
