Construction has now commenced at the Littleberries Estate in Mill Hill. Mitchellson Formwork & Civil Engineering Ltd have been appointed as main contractor to undertake the first construction stage of this major residential development. The initial works comprises piling, ground works, basement structures and infrastructure for 5 new houses and the refurbishment of former school buildings to form further dwellings. Envelope and subsequent fit out works will commence in December 2012.”
