What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a talented and motivated newly qualified Architect or experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive individual with experience across all RIBA stages, including technical detailing and multi-disciplinary coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior architects on a variety of projects.
  • Collaborate with consultants (structural, M&E, planning) and coordinate multidisciplinary input.
  • Develop design proposals, technical drawings, and visualizations from concept through to detailed construction stages.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulation documents.
  • Assist with detailed design and tender package preparation.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy.
  • Contribute to the development of project documentation and reports.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits as required.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in architectural practice.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design and technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good knowledge of Building Regulations
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for continuous professional development.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
