226-228 Commercial Road, E1

The scaffolding’s down and a new addition to the facade of Commercial Road is unveiled! The newly christened One and Two Fenton Street buildings are virtually complete for handover January 2008. The 46 residential units and c. 5,000 ft2 of retail/ commercial space are clothed in terracotta and render and prove that affordable housing doesn’t have to be uninteresting! Better Bookmakers and Tesco Express have signed up to take the commercial spaces and fitout of their units has already started.

Steward Street / Gun Street

Construction is well advanced on this development of one and two bedroom luxury apartments above retail/ commercial units, with the external skin close to completion. The site is centrally located in E1 on the very edge of the city’s ‘square mile’ and seconds walk from Old Spitalfields Market.
Constructed from a fusion of glass, metal and brick we feel it is the epitome of contemporary architecture whilst complementing the historic properties in this ever popular area.
