Matt Weyham has joined Osel as Senior Project Architect.

Osel are proud to have been team players in Movember 2012, with some startling results! None more so than the £640 which was raised for men’s cancer charities. Team Leader Simon Bode (far right) also had the honour of becoming our independently judged in-house prize winner.

The London 2012 Games had Osel in a sporting frenzy, especially as some of the staff were lucky enough to get tickets! We’d like to say a huge WELL DONE to Team GB, and to all the visiting nations. Osel are sad to see the Olympics and the Paralympics come to an end, but here are a few snaps from some of our favourite events.

The weather was on our side for our courtyard BBQ here at Oldbury Place. Fantastic food, summer cocktails and great company made the 2012 Osel Summer BBQ a great success! Thank you to all our staff and guests.

Jessica Berry has joined Osel as our new Office Administrator.

We threw a good-luck party to say ‘Goodbye’ to our lovely Audrey Green-Redier as she is leaving us to move to New York! We wish her the best of luck in all her future endeavours!

Construction has now commenced at the Littleberries Estate in Mill Hill. Mitchellson Formwork & Civil Engineering Ltd have been appointed as main contractor to undertake the first construction stage of this major residential development. The initial works comprises piling, ground works, basement structures and infrastructure for 5 new houses and the refurbishment of former school buildings to form further dwellings. Envelope and subsequent fit out works will commence in December 2012.”

Osel visit the McClaren Technology Centre to see Ron’s boys and their toys followed by an outing to see Jenson and Lewis burning rubber at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Matthew Carter and Alex Antoniou have joined Osel as Architectural Technologist and Architectural Assistant, respectively.
