Works are on going at Pinehurst Park site with completion due early 2023. Having previously worked with the original owners of the site during 2015 and 2016 to prepare new build proposals for this mature landscaped site on the edge of Farnborough Town Centre, Osel were appointed in 2017 by the new owners to prepare fresh proposals which retained large elements of the exisitng building’s structure, then altered and extended the property to deliver a more sustainable redevelopment of the site. The proposals convert the existing purpose built office building and extend it to create 113 new build residential units. Planning consent was obtained in October 2019. Osel prepared tender documents before then being located across the delivery contract.
