Brondesbury Park Taking Shape

Works are progressing at Brondesbury Park site. The scheme is a high-quality refurbishment of an existing hostel following redevelopment of a gymnasium block and erection of several extensions to provide 160+ co-living residential units with associated shared facilities and amenities. Planning Consent was secured by Dandi Living Group in 2021 and Osel architecture have been appointed to work alongside them and their dedicated delivery team for the design development, procurement, and delivery.

Pinehurst Park Construction Progress

Works are on going at Pinehurst Park site with completion due early 2023. Having previously worked with the original owners of the site during 2015 and 2016 to prepare new build proposals for this mature landscaped site on the edge of Farnborough Town Centre, Osel were appointed in 2017 by the new owners to prepare fresh proposals which retained large elements of the exisitng building’s structure, then altered and extended the property to deliver a more sustainable redevelopment of the site. The proposals convert the existing purpose built office building and extend it to create 113 new build residential units. Planning consent was obtained in October 2019. Osel prepared tender documents before then being located across the delivery contract.

Planning Consent Granted for Holly Park Gardens

We are pleased to have successfully secured Planning Permission for extending and re-elevating an existing dwelling house in Holly Park Gardens and erect a new single family dwelling house at the adjacent land. The two dwellings will have the same facade design to balance the impact onto the street scene and the surroundings. The proposal looks mainly to develop the vacant land adjacent to the existing dwelling and extend the area of the existing dwelling to make it more suitable for family use and match the market demand in the area.

The proposals will see the introduction of a new retractable glass roof terrace and a state of the art electrical cooking system.

Osel architecture produced, developed and coordinated the tender information with the professional team. The former farm buildings will be demolished, new buildings constructed and the site will be landscaped. Tenders are due back shortly and it is anticipated that works will start on site later this year.

Cherry Duck Studios

Osel architecture are very pleased to help deliver this fit out project in Wapping, East London.
