Osel architecture are proud to announce the success of Ardrea Estates Limited’s, Heron House redevelopment in gaining Planning Consent at Wednesday night’s Brent Planning Committee meeting.
The building comprises a 3 – 5 storey linear wing offset by a 7 storey tower with views south over the stadium and the greater Wembley Growth Area. The application, for 40 dwellings over 9,000 sq ft of office space and associated basement car parking and service areas, was unanimously supported by the committee members.
