Osel have been commissioned to refurbish and reinvigorate this 1970′s office building. The works include a new core serving the entire building and the 2 new floors, which are to be added. A new atrium reception area is to be formed with a new entrance from Plantation Lane.

The elavation to eastcheap will be re-modelled over the lower 3 floors and all levels will be re-glazed. All M & E services are to be renewed. The finished proposal will provide 7687m² of contemporary office space.

A high specification taylor made solution to an end users need for a reliable and cost effective Data Centre. The building provides a resilient solution to data storage. It is a stand alone facility providing a dependable facility at all times.

The project was undertaken as a design and construction project to provide facilities dedicated for the sole use of the bank. Included in the project will be ancillary offices, data recovery suites and storage.

A distinctive corner site in one of London’s most famous squares. The new headquarters building, completed in mid 2006, provides 24,000 sq ft of modern office floorspace with a Health & Fitness Club at ground and basement levels. The building incorporates highly sophisticated fire detection systems, which have allowed it to be designed around a single staircase – thus maximising the available floorspace.
