Planning Consent Granted for Holly Park Gardens

We are pleased to have successfully secured Planning Permission for extending and re-elevating an existing dwelling house in Holly Park Gardens and erect a new single family dwelling house at the adjacent land. The two dwellings will have the same facade design to balance the impact onto the street scene and the surroundings. The proposal looks mainly to develop the vacant land adjacent to the existing dwelling and extend the area of the existing dwelling to make it more suitable for family use and match the market demand in the area.
