Piling is complete and excavation is continuing for the new third basement level at Chiltern Street whilst the concrete raft construction is progressing. Below ground concrete perimeter lining walls, internal columns and floor slabs will follow, creating two floors of car parking, two of commercial & eight residential.
Construction to continue throughout 2014.
