Wokingham – Single Family Dwelling House

The erection of a futuristic single family dwelling house on a substantial but derelict site. The accommodation will include, 6 bedrooms, a separate Guest suite, 3 substantial reception areas, family room, music room, cinema, spa, steam room and swimming pool areas, an orangery, library and reading areas and external raised terraces to living, breakfast and master bedrooms. The grounds will be extensively re-landscaped with enhanced ecological improvement works to both trees, shrub belt and existing derelict pond. OSEL are engaged as Lead Consultant to oversee the development of the design both externally and internally, and to assist in the procurement of the building on site by providing a site presence throughout the construction stages. Due for completion in the Spring of 2013.

Emotions ran high yesterday during our BBQ party organised to say ‘Goodbye’ to our Claire Thomas. After working for OSEL for almost 11 years, Claire is leaving us to move to Malvern. We wish her the best of luck in her future endeavours.

Jumeirah Village RTD2, Dubai

A 76300 sq ft development within the new Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. The mixed use residential and retail development provides 35 high quality 2-3 bedroom units, 13 of which are maisonettes. The development also includes a high specification gymnasium and external swimming pool within the landscaped gardens. At ground floor level a retail unit and childcare unit is included. Osel have been involved in the design and production information stage of the project.

Jumeirah Village RTD1, Dubai

RTD1 Park Corner is one of the first developments on site within the new Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Osel are working alongside local architects to provide construction information for this 62, 000 sqft residential development. The building provides, over 4 floors, 46 luxury two/three bedroom apartments with roof gardens. A gymnasium is provided on the ground floor with an external swimming pool within the landscaped courtyard. The buildings’ external elevations are finished to a high specification. The prominent balconies are clad with limestone which sit forward of the aluminum panel system cladding the remainder of the building.
