Project Details |
Conversion and extension of former office building in central Harrow to provide 34 co-living studio units, with communal shared amenity spaces and terraces at 4th floor. Planning Consent was secured by Dandi Living Group and Osel architecture have been appointed to work alongside them and their dedicated delivery team for the design development, procurement, and delivery of this exciting project. The works include new fenestration and re-cladding of the facades.

Rosary Manor is a Grade II listed former convent building including a chapel and a lodge converted into 11 luxury apartments and a detached house in North Barnet, NW7. The apartments range between 1-3 bedrooms and have balconies, terraces, residents’ gym, parking, communal gardens and outstanding views. The works were completed in 2019.

Osel were appointed to design a three-storey side extension over the existing vehicular access, a two-storey rear extension at second and third floor levels and an additional fourth-storey with external terrace to the existing three storey office building. The planning consent for the extensions was granted and Osel are engaged to prepare the working drawings for delivering the project.

Project Details |
Church Road will feature 38 highly-specified one, two and three bedroom apartments together with two luxurious three bedroom townhouses. All apartments include private amenity space, whilst the townhouses will boast both private gardens and second floor terrace space.A roof terrace garden is also provided on the fifth floor, whilst landscaped courtyard gardens will also be available for communal use.
The development occupies a corner site in Leyton fronting both Church Road and Tallack Road, with access to the apartments via Tallack Road. Private parking (available by separate negotiation) will be located at the back of the development with provision for disabled parking bays, whilst selected apartments will have private entrances fronting Tallack Road. Secure cycle storage will also be available. Osel architecture were engaged from conception to delivery. The project is currently on site and due for completion in Spring 2020. |

Project Details |
Working for NHS Property Services and DLP Planning, Osel prepared outline proposals for a new residential development to replace a redundant care home facility. The proposals generated a 40 unit scheme with a very high percentage of units having dual aspect. With the benefit of pre-application feedback from Waltham Forest Council the NHSPS were able to positively market the site to gain best value return from the asset site.

Shinfield Nursery
Osel architecture successfully secured planning permission for a new two storey children’s nursery, café and community use building on a former farm site near Shinfield. Osel architecture produced, developed and coordinated the tender information with the professional team. The former farm buildings will be demolished, new buildings constructed and the site will be landscaped. Tenders are due back shortly and it is anticipated that works will start on site later this year.

Osel architecture are very pleased to help deliver this fit out project in Wapping, East London.
We successfully helped win a planning appeal to convert units back into commercial workspaces for use by Cherryduck- a locally established media company.
The ‘Nest’ is an exclusive workspace hub built with creatives, marketers, designers, filmmakers, photographers, animators, producers and everything in-between in mind.
Osel completed the measured site survey, design, Planning including the appeal and construction drawings. We also worked with the interior designer and coordinated to secure Building Controls approval.
